5.07.OFFER FAIR AND JUST REMUNERATION
While developers founders of this project, we were not rewarded. The project is a corporate social responsibility activities, which encourages volunteerism. Higher priority is given to the development of the local community throughout the development process, where no fee is charged for the time and effort put alleged cost of Internet and communication is negligible (almost none), for which compensation is not granted by this case.
However, as this place is of vital importance to the need to keep up to today, where we expect to hire a special group to form a partner of charitable service. Sometimes some of the tasks may include payments such as staff and within an ethical framework and maintain this project, "non-profit" reasonable compensation is acceptable. This should not be competitive with commercial rates in the market, but the cost-plus approach is feasible.
