7.05 GIVE A FAIR HEARING TO THE OPINIONS,CONCERNS OR
COMPLAINTS OF A COLLEAGUE.
This point is very important when we work as a team. Because
team work caused to the success. So today it become as major characteristic of
project management. But while working as a team member there are so many
characteristics which must be practiced.
The manner team manage the project decide whether success or not. So it is very
important good communication among members. As well as collaboration, equality,
fairness, respect to each others and so on. Somebody has new ideas. we must
listen to them and choose the best solution. Somebody disagree with us. But we
must honer to care about them. Also we have some ideas and we can advise others
or lead them to archive quality product. It is the best way to handle a
project.
So our group consists of three members. After planning and
identifying requirements then we assign some specific tasks to each others
ourselves with approvals. But always
used to help each others in the team and tired to provide valuable service to
helpless people according to our target. Sometimes we made some mistakes.
Complains of contributors were arise due to some mistakes. At those times
others help me and they add some new ideas and guidance. i also cared them and
took best solution and archive easily. We improve equality among team members
while sharing properties, tasks and resources. It proved about fairness of the
our team. We assign equal jobs for less experienced person and then advise them
always. After they become strength and talented workers of the team. We approve
their good opinions. Some times there was a conflict among some members. But we
conciliate them again and build the project unity. All of us have 1 goal.
Anyone haven't special authority in our team.All adhere to implement the
project with good characteristics. So there are less number of issues around
our team and project.
